This includes full parsing of bounces, deferrals, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and complaints directly from your mail logs. Engagor normalizes this data alongside cloud ESP data into a unified schema, giving teams a single view across hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem).

Unlike tools that only support cloud ESPs via webhooks, Engagor ingests raw SMTP logs directly, enabling deeper analysis and faster anomaly detection for self-hosted email infrastructure.
